•Legal assistance granted to an oil processing company for the extension by a Dutch based credit institution of a financing facility amounting to EUR 20 million for working capital needs
•Advising an oil processing company in relation with an L/G issuing facility granted by a local bank amounting to EUR 25,1 million as guarantee for excise duties
•Legal assistance granted to a group of companies active in the oil field in connection with umbrella financing facilities amounting to EUR 30 million extended by the Romanian affiliate of a well known international bank
